Irvington Historical Society

Dedicated to preserving the Art, History, and Culture of the Classic Suburb of Irvington for over 50 years.  Founded in 1964 with the intent to collect & preserve historic materials of the Irvington community & Indianapolis, further promoting the artistic traditions, heritage, legacy, & artists, past & present.


The Benton House

Restored historic landmark in the heart of Irvington maintained through the volunteer support of The Benton House Association.  The 1873 Benton House is unique for its display of pre-1900 heirloom plants.
